Data policy

This policy covers the creator profile data in our corpus: what we collect, the basis for collecting it, how we keep it, and how a creator can ask to be removed. For data about people who visit this website or join the waitlist, see the privacy policy.
What we collect
Creator Analytica observes publicly available information from creator profiles and turns it into structured records. For a given creator that can include identity and linked accounts, subscription pricing and promotions, audience and growth figures, output and activity, and a category and format classification, together with the dated history of how those change over time.
We collect only what is publicly visible. We do not collect private messages, paywalled content, or anything behind an account you would need permission to see. We do not claim, and do not have, any partnership, licence, or affiliation with the platforms creators publish on.
Where it comes from
The source is the public profiles that creators themselves publish on subscription and creator platforms. We observe what is publicly visible, resolve it to one record per creator, and keep it current on a schedule. Because we re-check on a schedule, records carry a last-observed timestamp and a change history rather than being a one-off snapshot.
Our basis for processing
Where this information relates to an identifiable person, we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in building an accurate, market-level dataset about the creator economy for commercial buyers such as agencies, brands, investors, and builders. We limit collection to information the creator has already made public in the course of operating as a commercial creator, and we weigh that interest against the interests and rights of the individual. Where local law requires a different basis, we apply it.
Who we make it available to
The corpus is delivered to vetted business customers by API, bulk export, or custom cohort pulls, under terms that restrict how it may be used. It is a business dataset for market analysis, sourcing, and diligence. It is not a consumer product and is not sold to the general public.
How we keep it secure
Data is held on access-controlled infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and available only to authorised systems and staff who need it. Delivery to customers is over authenticated channels.
Retention and history
Because the product is the change over time, we retain records and their dated history for as long as they are useful to the dataset. When a record is removed at a creator's request, the removal propagates to delivered datasets on the next scheduled refresh.
Creators can ask to be removed from the corpus.
Email removal@creatoranalytica.com from, or with enough detail to identify, the profile in question. We verify that the request genuinely relates to that creator, honour verified requests across the corpus, and propagate the removal to datasets already delivered on the next refresh. We may retain the minimum record needed to keep honouring the removal.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict how it is processed. To exercise any of these, or to ask how your basis applies, email removal@creatoranalytica.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and note material changes on this page.
